It's an increasingly common route for projects that have some sort of hook into a particular target audience (as yours does with the Banks connection), to raise investment. It might be something you'd want to consider as part of your overall fundraising strategy.

We have looked at it before for another project
But as that doesn't have a "name" attached it would be a much harder sell on crowd funding sites - thanks to the Banks connection we decided this one stood a much better chance of raising the money.
