I bought Total Life Forever back when they got nominated for the Mercury Prize.
I enjoyed it enough whilst I was listening to it, but I can't say I've gone back to it since, even though there were some cracking songs on there. Landfill Indie? Based on that experience; probably.
As for this track, it was playing on 6 Music this morning when I turned the radio on. I thought U2 had a new album out...

I'd only heard Spanish Sahara prior
Which I thought was alright... just reminded me of Athlete or some other vague melodic band you'll forget beyond their second album.
But I found myself really liking this track. Shame about the annoying generic-East-London-hipster-shite video though. This song was asking for an homage to 80s Michael Mann/Ridley Scott thrillers with that synth running through it if you ask me. Just conjures images of Michael Douglas in ray-bans walking through Tokyo.

Spanish Sahara was the best track of that album.
This one may grow on me, but I think I'll see what else they release before I put money down on the new album though.
