Local and a sedative for me
They were buried sideways so they had to be broken in pieces before they'd come out. That involved quite a selection of medieval-looking tools going in to my mouth shiny and coming out red. I was conscious for all of it, but couldn't feel anything other than being pulled around a lot. The sedative was great though - I didn't give a damn about any of it.

I had loads of lovely drugs
I.V valium and some assorted pills.
Was asleep for the whole thing and woke up high as a kite.
Got 3 more to come out, might save one for my birthday.
