they put my 10mb down to 5mb, charged me £5 a month for mega download boost whatever the fuck that is, then tried to charge me £40 for switching.

also try changing your mtu setting on your router, that helps with youtube

A bit of fiddling seems to suggest that the router was set too low. Tried increasing it as far as it will go and things all seem a lot quicker.
