even though Providence is a little south of Maine in Rhode Island.
Maine is my favorite place on earth. The people there are the kind of folks you want to be around.
Edit: after listening a bit further it's a very polite Boston accent I think...

his accent is wonderful
definitely mid-atlantic, nice one picking up the slight boston bit...(it is faintly there) i am going lean towards somewhere floating between boston and cape cod... but being in education he has worked on being non location specific. (also Maine is a wonderful favourite place to have on earth) :)
