Do they think there were no guns being used by the communists during the russian revolution and chinese civil wars?

This is a normal post Stalin came to power after the Revolution, comrade.
And as I read, set about to prevent any such revolution against himself. He did some really bad things and killed more than Hitler ever dreamed of.

Stalin's move came long after the revolution. He disarmed because he did not like dissent.

And history shows the murders and purges that Stalin accomplished. He was glad to use the comrade term and call himself a Communist while never espousing any of the doctrine. He was a murderous dictator that subjugated a nation and killed any detractors. It's all out there for you to read.
