This is a normal post I enjoyed our family holidays back in the 70's at Butlins and Pontins
Fuck knows what they're like now but I do remember getting excited about the concrete in the car park for some reason.

This is a normal post Don't know about the camps in summer
but in Winter some of them are turned over to music promoters for gig weekends. We go to HardRockHell which used to be at Pontins - Prestatyn and is now at Haven (ex-Butlins) Hafan-y-Mor. Accommodation is basic, and we go for the music, but there seems to be a lot of play areas for the kids, climbing walls and the like.

Years ago they did a gig that had the Chemical Brothers and Leftfield playing, pissed as fuck as I found out it was on after it had happened!
