As a way of finding out if disabled people were faking it or not?

The most striking thing I found was the poor calibre of the doctors. Ask a bright enthusiastic doctor what career path attracted them. How many would choose working for Atos. Atos ends up with dregs of the medical profession. Their average age seems to be about 80. I could rant on. It's a very sad system .

They are providing a service they've been contracted to provide. If they didn't do it someone else would. You should be angry at the people who wrote the contract and defined the service requirements.

Ah yes, and there was a scene where they abandoned a lady in a wheelchair half way down some stairs because "it's just a drill".
