I expect the authorities there have actually acted in an illegal fashion, and I hope someone mounts a legal challenge in time to make the Saudis fuck off.
If they want to holiday, they can do it at home in their slave-constructed dwellings, or they can obey they same laws as everyone else.

Doesn't make it clear what the actual basis for a legal challenge is. Is it a private beach? If it is a private beach, I imagine the owners can do whatever the fuck they want with it, pretty much.
