One for the car enthusiasts
Well made love letter to the Lancia 037.
This bloke owns a Stratos too and used to own a M1. Exceptional taste in motors. I googled him, he's a photographer I think. Can you be that wealthy taking photos? He sounds very old money.
EDIT: Oh, he's rather a famous photographer.

I need as much confidence as humanly possible.
For I am the Woody Allen of car people. I'm really nervous, worried and freaked out about noises. And that is why I added a big fat wing on back that blocks out the rear view 100%, to close out all that unnecessary unsettling environmental stimuli, and to announce in bright red flash my intention to follow the rules of the road precisely.

That's excellent. Good find. Have a click.
Although I can't help it, afraid I simply prefer the insanity of the S4. Turbocharged and supercharged, 4 wheel drive, 3 differentials, driver sits on top of the fuel tank! It was like it came from space, what could possibly have gone wrong?

Oh definitely
The S4 wins for sheer insanity and potential of death.

Is that what Henri Toivanen was driving when he burned to death in the Rally Championships?

I said "potential" with a hint of irony
I don't think they had much to bury...

Peculiar.
207 all together, and at least 2 (look below) in this thread? Was it rather Montecarlo?

My dad had one of those when I was a kid
Sand coloured. Better than the Alfa Romeo the bradleys around the corner had. Twats

Must be a thing about photographers and cars...
A good friend of mine used to go out with Andy Earl's step daughter. He was a very nice bloke when I met him, and had rather good taste in cars.
IIRC, he started his career as an F1 mechanic, and continued his love of cars once he could afford them. One story I heard was that he spent over £100k restoring a racing DB5, took it to a historic race meeting and rolled it on the second corner...

In it's natural environment
Let's see the 037 on a rally stage, driven by an italian who appears to know what he's doing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXgWWNJVdYA&t=11m05s
