Desperate TimesStranded in a hotel in an African war zone with no internet access for two weeks, I was forced to resort to desperate measures. Possessing only my passport and the clothes I stood up in; and the warning "You can catch it shaking hands with a vicar out there" ringing in my ears, I had to draw my own porn in order to preserve my sanity.
Alas, it all came out looking like Coronation Street's Audrey Roberts, but, as they say, any port in a storm.

Carpet SpliffsAnyone who is or at one time was hopelessly addicted to weed/hash knows all about 'carpet spliffs'. When you've run out of smoke and can't get any more, there is always some detritus on the carpet near where you normally skin up. Or that bit of hash which pinged off the table at an odd angle which is worth searching for...
Apart from as we all know, half of what we find that >looks< a bit like hash on the carpet is probably not. And there's always quite a bit of fluff in the final product as well.
They're very rarely satisfying. But we still smoke them when we're desperate.
