I did it...
...but thought 'fat' looked much better :)
Edit: Not really. Used to think I had a 'chest' until I had an operation and
had my chest shaved and realised much to my chagrin
that the chest definition was merely hair joining in the middle...sheesh...

"sleek and trim" or even a bit of "shaping" I can understand...
but why they then carry on till they look like a wetsuit full of basket balls, I just don't understand.

it's for the beefcake look.
but to be fair, they onlt look like that when going in ofr competition, at other time they are no where near as ripped as that.
i think they go down to somthing like 3% body fat, which when you compare to an olympic sprinter during the olympics is something like 7% it's quite low, it's an unsustainible level to keep at.
i knew a guy who did this and when training for a competition he used to tape his mouth over in the shower so as not to take on any extra fluid other then what was in his strict diet.
