That would be the holy grail for me at work
powering a small hob unit to cook my Spaghetti Hoops using a USB - surely it could store up enough heat over a couple of hours/weeks/days

Surely....
... you could use your USB port to charge up a f-off massive capacitor bank, or maybe just a car battery, really slowly over a week or two and then turn on the kettle automatically when you have enough charge stored.... only one cupper a month but USB powered!
