It is:
1 small carrot (grated)
½ small onion (grated)
Grated strong cheese (or any mixed cheese scraps left in fridge)
Spodge of English mustard
Spoonful of sour cream
Dollop of mayonnaise
Crunchy black pepper

Mix, put in sandwich, Live the dream.
