it's lovely!especially on a butty with egg and you take a bite, but the bacon doesn't break, then it flies out of the bread and hits you in the face with an egg-smeared slap

egg yolk needs to be runny tooalso oven-cooked bacon leaves a baking tray utterly gluey with fat which a) is messy washing up and b) reminds you of how much fat you're eating when you have bacon fried
