BACSis a company that is 'owned' by all the major banks and they all use BACS. If your bank doesnt have online banking i would be very suprised indeed as all the biguns do have some sort of online jiggerypokery. paypal and nochex have a similar thing with the banks also or you can set yourself up with BACS if your a ltd company and do account to account transfer without your bank interefeing
