and cheese, and possibly some bacon...oh and some leek.

Fry the leek and bacon, add it to the mash spud, mix well, add the grated cheese to the top...stick it under the grill till golden.

although jacket spud with cheese and beans sounds very tempting. As does the tomato and pesto and cheese panini, and the piza up the road.... tooo many choices!
