I live in Southgate
near the tube, it's a nice place, safe.
Could do with a few more bars though.

I work from home most days, but tomorrow i'll

It is more humourous
however, southgate is south, and it has a gate

The main differences are
Cockfosters: I've always lived there, nice area, bigger flat for same price, closer to the shops
Southgate: Its closer to the pub, but a bit of a walk with a weeks worth of shopping, a tad more expensive (only about 30/40pm) and its quite smaller.

I nearly went to college
at southgate.. But I applied too late.
It's really your choice.
Cockfosters is right out of town though, isn't it. Southgate is a little closer?
I dunno.
Whenever I'm in the capital I'm always in Wood Green.

Its all within one bus/train of eachother,
and they both have good links into Enfield or Barnet.
I do like cockfosters as the area is nicer, yet I can still stumble home from the pubs in southgate.

I don't see the point in being fussy in this country.
99.9% of everything sold in pubs is shite. Even the so-called "real ale" pubs don't teach their staff how to keep it right anyway. At least if a product sells alot the lines won't be furred up to fuck.

The Rheinheitsgebot of 1516 or the old German purity laws.

Do you know the way to Cock Fosters?
Serve it warm, mate!

All my work stuff is in the local area of southgate
I wouldn't go to far away as my remaining non-uni mates are all around this area.

The links in Southgate are better,
Its only about 5 mins on the train from eachother, so it doesn't make to much of a difference.
Cockfosters would be more-or-less on top of the station though.
