Ostrich tastes great.

Well it does in a sausage.
Rabbit is tasty too.

It was in a restaurant in America called "Fuddruckers" (fnar fnar, etc)

Tasted more like cow than chicken.

Rabbit is closer to chicken than dog

in flavour

I have eaten bear before

in Russia, and they tell me it is very close to dog meat (dogs and bears are related). It is a very strong rich flavour meat. Impossible to eat in any quantity unless you add something that is very jam/jelly redcurrant like. This makes it very edible.
