whenever i use potato shop or anything else 9 times out of 10 i use the manual cut out tool. it takes time but you have just proved it can be done well. live it old school

which is shit. then i have to go round the image and smudge iccle pixels one by one around the whole image.

one day i will learn how to do it properly by changing the RGB to make a template and all that bollocks, but for now manual select colour select and 'magic wand' are all i need :D

i use gimp, saw some realy complicated way of doing it and thought fuck that. ive been using it for about a year and i only just found out it has filters and stuff!

while we're being techy, I downloaded the google earth thing like you said but get an "error couldn't connect" message when I run the program. Any suggs?

towns and cities too. type in poo etc and it'll work. for towns use 'manchester, england' technique
