Hey, you know how you used not to be allowed to smile on passport photies?

Well, I recently discovered that no-one told my Mum you're now allowed to smile if you like - I found her OAP pass for the busses and she's pulling the Grim Face of a Woman who Won't be Messed with! Which is funny 'cos she's every so smiley normally. :)

Dangerous OAP!

# I have a zimmerframe,
and I'm not afraid to use it!

# she does NOT have a zimmerframe
she's got more energy than me and the last time we went to walk the dog in the woods we found one of those bloody rope swings little pikeys put up and she insisted on having a go on it.

She runs around like crazy, does my Mum.

# Of course she
doesn't have a zimmerframe, it was a joke.
Aren't Mums great, mine has sort of stated seeing someone (she's split up with my dad) and she's turned into a giggling schoolgirl (not literally).
Its a bit disturbing realy.

# that would indeed feel quite peculiar
but in a gently warming sort of way. :)

# No,
I'm finding it really hard to cope with, it doesn't help that I'm not overly keen on her new chap, he's got a bit of a gob him.

# my mum's like that
she phones me up for boyfriend advice. it's really weird. still, she's only 50.

# Why not?
Smiling made you less recognizable? Sounds daft.
