we just had a scandal in these parts.the lottery retailers and their immediate families were winning at 3000 times greater frequency than they should have, or some such.
i won $1500 or something a few years back. it was good fun.

there was a bit of a thing a while agosome retailers were checking the serial numbers of scratch cards and keeping any winners for themselves and putting the known no winners back in the pile for the customers to buy
wonder what sort of naughtyness detection the lottery system has :)
I guess free money and being stupid enough to think that a computer won't notice exactly what you are doing is all it takes :)
