rather than diving straight in the bunker with my erstwhile colleagues, i will offer a friendly pointer or two. to keep things chugging along nicely, still images should be no more than 50k in size unless the are absolutely astounding works of creative genius, when an exception will be made.
either try optimising this a bit or just make it's dimensions smaller thus reducing it's file size.
should you choose to do this and i'd recommend you do, use the edit tab, bottom right of the image, delete this image and slip the newly resized one in its place.
all this and more handy hints can be found in the faq, it's worth a perusal.
