Pangs of jealousy are normal human reactions to other people having something nice
and don't in any way give you a say over what somebody else does with their body, or create any obligation for them to stop. What they do create is an obligation for that person to comfort you a bit, if they claim to be your friend in any sense of the word.
People can set up other agreements, of course, but I think this should be the default.
