Excessive use of vowels causes a gritty, greasy residue on the back of your teeth. Dentists recommend you have this residue removed every fourth hour by dentists at a dentist's. Only dentists can do this procedure. Dentists know that if this dental procedure isn't carried out (by dentists) then the build-up can lead to lisping and overt Northamptonism.
