# pffft...
Made me chuckle even if it doesn't meet EXACTLY the parameters...

TJ: can anyone recommend a good guide for After Effects and Prem Pro?
I'm about to plump for the QuickPro guides, but if anyone has any other recomendations, much appreciated. Ta.

# A physical book?
For AE7 I recommend Angie Taylor's Creative After Effects 7. It covers a lot of the good stuff although with the cs3 versions stuff has probably changed so..I dunno, what versions are you using?

For Prem Pro 2, I have the Lynda.com Hands on Training by Jeff Schnell. It's okay to get a grip on the software but not a very interesting read.

# I'm on CS3
Cheers for that though. I'll check out the prices.
