Right...Yes, it's sad when a pet dies. And yes it's a horrible experience, but no one knew your pet, and I'm going to go out on a limb and state that no one really cares. I don't expect anyone cares about my cat either. Secondly, yes it's 'sad' compo, but this is still a humour website, so it's an implied criteria that humour should be behind your compo entry.
