I think he was funny once, he seems to have been left behind a bit

The annoying thing is I have to wait through his bits
to get to the good bits.
Oh well, I suppose it's a small price to pay to see Michael McIntyre skipping around and being lovely.

I do like that they've use LATA as a replacement with Wossy.
They have always had great acts.

His live DVD absolutely floored me
at one point I ran out of laughter and was just sat there with my mouth open, whimpering.

is it?
don't tend to watch UK gold much (or whatever it is) and ain't seen it on dave for a while.
just watch the McIntyre one on iPlayer, then you'll be happy, or better yet, record McIntyre's hosting gags, and superimpose them on Jack Dee if that takes your fancy

It was on Dave last night, and I don't have UKTV Gold.
Nor do I have the iplayer as my computer won't access it.
I've got his DVD though, and it's included as a special feature.

when i was at uni i'd have my telly on whilst i was awake
mostly dave or abc1 while it existed.
don't have telly in my room anymore (no space) so have actually started to watch things rather than just have background noise
that and reading Bear v Shark has made me appreciate how often i don't actually watch something (film or telly) so am now trying to put more effort into the activity

Nicely done.

Yeah
"Texted" to him. I was in the audience for his "Live at the Apollo" dvd. Piss your pants funny.
Then we watch this show and find all the "text messages" have been recycled.

last thing i saw live
was bottom's weapons grade y-fronts tour. that was good, but not as good as hooligan's island.
i'd have given my left tit to have been in the audience for phil jupitus' quadrophobia tour.

Jupitus.
He is glorious, but I wish he'd not lost weight. He's worrying now he's all slim.

An Aussie guy stood up and shouted, 'Why are you so fucking fat?!' he came straight back with, 'coz each time I fuck your mother she gives me a pie.'
