You mean they let you come and pick it up?

Apparently you're not allowed to do that, and whenever they attempt delivery they fail to leave a card. I swear they just mark off that they've attempted delivery without leaving the depot, wait five days and then return to sender. Actually, they could cut out the middle man and not bother to collect the thing in the first place.

I've had stuff from them and it's not been too bad.

I've had Royal Mail special delivery do that though.
