# i would suggest
a combination of finely chopped bird's eye chillis, scotch bonnets, half a teaspoon of paprika, a pinch of chinese fivespice and a teaspoon of lime juice, mixed with about 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and left for about 2 hours to mix well.
that should put hairs on your eyeballs.

# I got some Franks Hot Cayenne Pepper sauce from Tescos
but quite frankly, its too mild. I want a HOT sauce (that doesn't ultimately need me to put toilet paper in the fridge for the next morning) :)

# in that case, avoid jalapenos
they have a decent heat, but they tend to have a bitter aftertaste and burn more coming out than going in. habaneros are really good and hot, but some people can have a bit of a dicky tum after eating them.

# they are very nice
but for the love of satan's unholy portion, wear gloves when you're handling them, or you'll know about it!
