Just hit 76mins to get the game 100 % complete - incl treasure boxes, all upgrades and that extra enemy at 9999hp :P

I'm on Lvl 48 now with everything complete, hammering away at the slot machine for XP

Every time you collect money from the captured boxes
a thin blue bar under the stats builds up (from left to right). If you keep collecting money quick enough it builds up further across, until when you max it it changes light blue and seems to give better money drops. It also fills in that box in the top-corner with a chest :)
