I went to a party at a vineyard in Cornwall once (not relevant, but setting the scene)
around the fire I met a "geezer" who was "dahn" from "lahndahn"

he used "know what I mean" or rather "naaadameeen" as punctuation. not only did he say it after every phrase, but he'd do it when a normal person would clear their throat, or have a bit of a chuckle at something funny.

I almost pushed the cunt into the fire.
