I can see the point of the policy, butNowhere is it advertised. In fact the shop puts a positive spin by crowing loudly about their "30 day no quibble guarantee", which is nothing of the sort.
Seriously, we checked the website, receipt, read the signs in the shop, even asked for a copy of this policy but no written clarification was to hand.
I'm certainly never going to buy anything from there....
