David ike came up with that, the reptilians are dinosaurs who didn't die but evolved.
The royals are reptilians, many world leaders and poloticians are.
They drink the blood of children.
No idea what convinced him of this, and no idea who the big titted goat is.

Easy...My theory as to why Icke thinks this is a combination of Booze and "V" the TV Series from the 1980s.
He was an alcoholic back then, and I think in one of his alcoholic hazes he thought the lizards in "V" were real. Makes more sense that what he says (and I have sat through one of his seven hour stage shows!!)
