so it might regenerate some bits of the country.
mostly london, which would've happened anyway albeit more slowly and most likely more effectively.
what we will end up with is a whole load of unfinished poorly planned shite, leaving us embarrassed before the entire world, and having to call in the Germans to help us get the fucking stuff finished in time.
to make matters worse, we won't even fucking win anything!
