if it's been on the market for that longshe's obviously a picky cunt who won't be happy unless someone offers her way more than it's worth. this means no-one will buy, she'll get desperate and, like the last half-hour of a car boot sale, the price will drop lower and lower. eventually, she'll bite your fucking hand off for that -10k offer.
