Yesan actual insect. The punter had a fetish for squasshing bugs. Either I would be a dominatrix and he would be something like a caterpillar or a cockroach and I would describe how disgusting he was and how I would squish him with my stiletto heels, or occasionally I got to play the role of the poor unfortunate insect and get squished by his big work boots. I later convinced the owners of that particular service to block the freak on animal rights grounds (there are so many weird regulations the services have to adhere to). Plus I'm big into entomology and I hated dealing with the bastard.
