You have to laughImagine the conversation that must have taken place when they were writing the menu;
"What the hell?! Why've you put both a medium and a large on there? Why would anyone buy a large if they can just buy a medium and refill it once more? That's ridiculous."
"This is Vegas. Trust me, they will. We should probably think about selling an extra large one with a 'collectors' edition' straw; that way we could leave out the refills completely."
