I had one job checking umbrellas for holes.I'd take them out of the plastic sleeve, open them, and hold them up to the light. If they had holes I'd put them in one pile, if not, then back in the sleeves and in another pile.
Strangely, the novelty of the task started to wear thin around the 30,000th umbrella mark
