This is what some creationists actually claim!Well, not 10 exactly, but they claim that there are far fewer "kinds" than there are species, and that evolution within a "kind" is allowed, but between "kinds" is prevented. Have a look for "micro-evolution" and "macro-evolution" if you want to find out more, but be sure to turn your critical thinking and irony shields up to 11.
