This is a question Mix Tapes

Everyone's made a mix tape (or CD, USB stick, or whatever kids do these days). Mostly to get in someone else's pants, but we're sure there are other, lesser, reasons too.

So, who did you make it for and why?
And... what was on it?

30%
guess I'm in the 30% who doesn't use that song.
I don't even own any music by Journey....and I have far too much music from the 80's than is healthy or sane.

Journey was fucking huge in the 80's for a bit. Mixtapes originated in the 80's (well, late 70's/early 80's when 8-tracks went out and cassettes came in), hence, why 70 % of mixtapes have Journey on them.

anybody else around here remember 8-tracks?

on a side note, I never listened to Journey because I thought it was highly weird to listen to a band who had the same name as the street I grew up on.
