Monty, I used your jerk recipe, with one small change
As they didn't have any scotch bonnets in the supermarket at the time, I had to simply buy the hot chillis on offer, and hope they would suffice.
In short, they haven't. Still quite nice, but I know full well it would have been improved with the right chillis. Marinaded them overnight, browned the chicken the next day, added all to a slow cooker with some onions, coconut milk, kidney beans and the marinade. Added rice 45 minutes before the end, and some frozen peas about 15 minutes from the end. It's nice, but could do with a little more heat.

i once added 12 small chillis to a korma instead of one large one
it was inedibly hot
