i don't know what it is about them
if I have them in the house I just want to eat them all up. especially if I have taramaslata, too.

don't know about cider. Reckon I'll start with apple chutney or something. I'll give them a couple more weeks for a few more to ripen. After that, mind there's the green apple tree which seems to be planning to ripen much later
