There's this really pathetic French guy in ITI try to be nice to him whenever I talk to him face to face.
Recently when other colleagues have been talking about him behind his back, I have joined in with them.
I try to remain passive with him, but sometime I can feel myself coming across as passive-aggressive.
Strangely he seems to think that I'm the one that everyone dislikes.
Also, he keeps scratching his fists all the time.
