Gonna make a sandwich of epic proportions later, you'd be all up on that. serious heart attack between bread here.... freshly baked garlic'n'mustard ciabatta, rich creamy bluecheese sauce, stokes ketchup (to cut through the richness)... and I got shitaki mushrooms that I'm not entirely sure how to encorporate but feel would work. Oh, yeah', and a nice bit of ribeye.

Stuffed up my diary, so I am now entertaining people for supper, which wasn't planned. Forgot it was in the diary.

I have made a raita of natural yogurt, lemon juice, mint & a small amount of garlic.
