After all the fuss that has been made about how successful we have beenI would be interested* to see how our increase in medals compares with the average increase, usually achieved by the host nation.

Slightly betterThe last two host nations had a just under a 50% increase on their previous performance. We had just over.
That's based on Golds. I don't know about overall.
