I don't want to see a ghost,
It's a sight that I fear most
I'd rather have a piece of toast
And watch the evening news
(, Wed 15 Aug 2012, 13:43, Reply)
what if the ghost had wiped his bum on your toast?

I don't know about my favourite,
but the ones that sum up my life the best are
"He's a useless cunt, and i don't want him in my house
next time i see him, i'm gonna punch him in the mouth"

I reckon this one is pretty spot on for me.

Have you heard the song "Baby" by Justin Bieber? He's pretty underground, I doubt even Dozer has heard of him.

I'm actually going to take this seriously,
Virtually every Hefner song has something in it, but the entirety of 'Don't Flake Out On Me' is probably the most beautiful piece of lyric writing I know.

And, for obvious reasons, this from Johnny Cash's 'Like A Soldier' speaks to me a lot:

There were nights I don't remember
And there's pain that I've forgotten
Other things I choose not to recall
There are faces that come to me
In my darkest secret memory
Faces that I wish would not come back at all

Having a great time, thanks.
Trying to be a good boy today as I went seriously off the rails yesterday. Went to bed at half ten utterly convinced it was about three in the morning. That's how drinking four beers by 10am ends up.

Last train to Mashville, girl, you got on board
Packed up your medicines, left without a word
Now you're strung out in suburbia, waiting for that call
Just chilling out by yourself behind closed doors
You lost the plot again, where you are ain't clear
Those misty morning memories, the road that brought you here
The special K keeps the chills away in your broken basement room
Staring at the wall, sharin' your needle and your spoon

Now you don't dance to techno any more.

Like a death at a birthday party, you ruin all the fun
you're like a dose of scabies, no use to anyone.
What kind of creature bore you, was it some kind of bat?
They can't find a good word for you, but I can - TWAT.
