Right. So if the New York police shoot a bull terrier that attacks them, it's horrific, cruel and barbaricwhen British police did it a few months ago, it's a sad indictment of broken Britain and thugs keeping dangerous dogs?

It seems pointless considering it's the Mailbut shooting a dog isn't "horrific". Bloody Sunday was "horrific", war is "horrific". Shooting a dog is "unfortunate".
