I just got in. It's 20 past 2 in the morning.
I have been out. In Melbourne. Swing dancing, if you must know. The dancing started at 7 and finished at 12, and I think I only stopped for about three songs the whole night. I ache *everywhere* but oh. My. GOD. I have had the best night.

There is a massive Swing Scene in Melbourne, I got into it last year. Most people are in their 20's or 30's or 40's. Very rare to see older people doing it.

It's a bank holiday weekend - nobody needs to change out of their crusted underwear and get in the shower until Tuesday morning, so the normal contingent can sit in their sagging armchairs playing shoot-em'-up computer games for 3 days instead of 2.
