I'm really enjoying the bare-bantz on FB and Twitter this week....
... for the first time ever, a total stranger (no muturals that I can see) tagged another total stranger in a post I shared; about pies, naturally.

Oh god, everything I do at the moment is waiting until the apple watch comes tomo and then I can think of something else.

I'd quite like Muppets to come back, but be as topical as Seasimi Street seems to be; with it's (ovbously) paid for tie ins.... only about news'n'shit.

I'm having a great evening thanks, made a well lush bit of dinner,
- Rice + Macaroni in chicken stock cooked, with peas and onions... Then covered in pasta sauce... then covered in cheese.

i'm catching up on John Oliver in the background; I can't help but to feel he deserves more attention than i'm giving him.

I could go for a bit of that, if this was back in the day of HomeSweetHome, i'd offer half the thing I made above for half your ribs.
Incidently, just tasted the thing I made above, #LUSH.

You doing your own sauce?

yeah fairly simple. salt/sugar/honey/soy/tomato puree.
About a tablespoon of each and then a red chilli and a couple of crushed garlic cloves. boil together let it cool then baste the ribs.

Nice, I can never remember the exact stuff on my BBQ Sauces 'cus I always chuck in whatever I got.
Mustard and sundried toms are a regular on that though.

You have to make it a lot stronger than you think because it loses something when it's cooked.

Yah', true, but it also gets a better texture and that 'unami' to it.
I bet you a drop of pineaple would do a good job too, maybe instead of the honey - as that can burn too.

Ive had pizza every night this week.
Got a load in for the weekend visitors and we were too wrecked to eat anything.

I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not.
Whenever I get a pizza tho', I always fuck around with it in some way or another; adding some ingredients'n'stuff. Odddly enough, a honey mustard salad-dressing pinwheel works well, ditto for chilli oil.

Next time someone shouts at me, and should my crippling anxiety issues not take hold....
I'm going to ask them if their Caps Lock key is stuck.

I can imagine TBH, the amount I throw out 'cus I don't want the same meal two days in a row....
... #FirstWorldProblems and all that.
